The Clipsal Wiser Hub (CLP501902) is the central controller for the Clipsal Wiser smart home system, enabling connected control of lighting, power and other smart devices throughout the home. Acting as the bridge between Wiser Zigbee devices and your home network, the hub allows smart mechanisms such as switches, dimmers, sensors and other compatible Wiser devices to communicate and operate as a unified automation system.
Installed within the home network via Ethernet, the Wiser Hub connects Zigbee-based Wiser devices to the Wiser cloud platform, allowing control through the Wiser by SE app from anywhere. Once connected, users can manage devices individually, create scenes, automate actions and schedule lighting or appliances to operate automatically throughout the day.
The hub forms a reliable Zigbee mesh network, where connected devices communicate with each other to extend wireless coverage across the home. This improves system stability and allows larger installations to maintain strong communication between devices such as smart dimmers, switches, sensors and other automation modules.
Using the Wiser app, homeowners can configure automation routines, timers and schedules, allowing lighting and other devices to respond automatically to daily routines or environmental conditions. The system also supports voice control integration with popular platforms including Google Home and Amazon Alexa, enabling hands-free control of connected devices.
Designed to work seamlessly with Clipsal Iconic Wiser smart mechanisms, the hub allows smart functionality to be added while maintaining the clean design of Iconic powerpoints and switches. Once installed, additional Wiser devices can easily be added to expand the system, making it simple to build a scalable smart home automation network.
