2. Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, amend pricing or cancel orders where incorrect information has been published.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Stock Availability & Despatch
While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, not all products advertised on our website are held in stock. Many products are sourced directly from manufacturers and suppliers and may need to be ordered specifically to fulfil your order.
Estimated despatch timeframes are provided in good faith and are estimates only. Actual despatch times may vary due to supplier availability, freight delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is expected to exceed the advertised despatch timeframe, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
We reserve the right to part ship orders where some items are available for immediate despatch and others are awaiting stock. Unless otherwise advised, any additional freight costs for part shipments will be at our expense.
Stock availability displayed by search engines, shopping platforms or other third-party services may not reflect our actual inventory and should not be relied upon. Stock information displayed on our website is also subject to prior sale, supplier availability and inventory adjustments.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we may:
provide an updated lead time;
offer a suitable alternative product (subject to your approval where required);
part ship the available items and place the remaining items on backorder; or
cancel the affected item and provide a refund for that item.
4. Orders
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order where necessary, including where pricing errors, supplier shortages, suspected fraudulent activity or other unforeseen circumstances occur.
5. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are despatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties apply where offered by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application before purchase.
Electrical products should only be installed by a suitably licensed electrician where required by law and in accordance with all applicable Australian Standards and local regulations.
