The 574252 Wireless Motion Sensor expands your Netatmo system by adding intelligent automation based on movement. It can detect motion within a 140° horizontal field, with a range adjustable from 2 to 8 metres. The sensor also allows users to set a light sensitivity threshold between 1 and 1000 lux, and configure a time delay from 15 seconds to 15 minutes before the connected devices switch off. These settings can be customised through the Home + Control app. Powered by two AA batteries with an expected battery life of up to 2 years, the sensor installs easily onto most indoor or outdoor surfaces without requiring wiring or wall cavity access. With an IP44 rating and IK04 impact resistance, it is also suitable for covered outdoor areas like porches, patios, and entries. The unit can control up to 20 Netatmo smart devices and is fully compatible with Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, and Alexa for voice-activated automation. Ideal for entryways, hallways, bathrooms, and smart security lighting applications.
