Clipsal Wiser is a smart home platform that connects lighting, power, sensors, safety devices and automation controls through the Wiser app. Using Zigbee communication through the Wiser Hub, devices form a reliable home automation network that allows connected products to work together for smarter control, monitoring and automation.
Clipsal Wiser Smoke Alarms combine photoelectric smoke detection with smart home connectivity, allowing alarms to be monitored through the Wiser system while maintaining reliable residential fire protection.
Using Zigbee communication, Wiser smoke alarms connect to the Wiser Hub and send instant notifications to the Wiser by SE app when smoke is detected, allowing homeowners to receive alerts on their smartphone even when away from home. Compatible alarms can also be interconnected, ensuring all alarms sound if one unit detects smoke.
The Wiser smoke alarm range includes three models to suit different installation requirements. Two 240V mains-powered alarms with battery backup are available for new installations or upgrades to existing smoke alarm bases, while a long-life lithium battery model offers flexible installation where mains power is not available.
All Wiser smoke alarm models are designed for surface mounting and integrate with the Wiser system, allowing users to monitor alarm status, battery condition and connectivity through the Wiser app while creating a connected home safety system.
